I have been an associate of LTA since 2022 and a member of the Studio since 2018.
I mainly deal with ordinary and extraordinary tax consultancy and assistance both in favor of national companies, particularly on issues in the accounting, corporate, and tax law fields, and of natural persons and VAT holders.
For the Studio, I also follow the due diligence activities of accounting and tax nature carried out in the context of the acquisition and transfer projects of enterprises, companies, and business branches.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I gained significant experience in corporate crisis/insolvency management and resolution processes, in the field of bankruptcy, pre-bankruptcy, and executive proceedings as coadjutor at the Court of Monza and Milan.

I love reading, sports, and traveling.

Education

Degree in Economics and Commerce, specialization in Business Studies – Management, University of Milano-Bicocca (2011).
Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Monza and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
