I have been a member of LTA Studio since 2018 and an associate since 2022.
I mainly deal with accounting assistance, tax and corporate consultancy, both ordinary and extraordinary, for important national companies. I have assisted some clients regarding corporate and tax issues related to innovative start-ups and SMEs.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I gained significant experience in other professional firms, offering tax and accounting consultancy to joint-stock companies and natural persons. I participated in business planning activities contributing to the drafting of business plan models.
I held the role of statutory auditor on the board of statutory auditors of an important national company. I participate in due diligence activities in the context of M&A projects.

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

I love reading, cinema, and sports; I especially enjoy playing tennis.

Education

Degree in Economics and Commerce with specialization in business administration, University of Eastern Piedmont “Amedeo Avogadro”.
Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
Enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
