Associate at LTA since 2024 and member of the Firm since 2016.

I am an expert in accounting and administrative services, as well as statistical and regulatory reporting (Bank of Italy and Consob), to closed-end, professionally-invested Italian real estate funds.

I have significant experience in tax and corporate law consulting: contributing to M&A projects and leading accounting, tax due diligence and transfer pricing documentation activities. I am also expert in company evaluations.

Professional experience

Prior to joining LTA, I gained experience in another professional firm, where I developed expertise in standard and simplified accounting as well as tax appeals.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Economics and Business, from the University of Milano-Bicocca, awarded in 2016.
