I have been a partner of LTA since 2013 and a member of the Studio since its foundation.
I am mainly active in the field of consultancy and assistance in the field of taxation, corporate law, and management for companies.
I deal with the establishment and start-up of companies, administrative and accounting management of companies, corporate business planning, corporate assistance for the implementation of extraordinary management operations: mergers, demergers, transfers, buying and selling of shareholdings, liquidations and insolvency proceedings, drafting of contracts and evaluation of corporate complexes. I worked for some years as an external consultant at leading companies listed on the Italian market, acquiring knowledge in the field of financial statement preparation according to international accounting standards and consolidated financial statements.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I worked as a consultant in an important firm in Milan, where I dealt with national and international corporate and tax consultancy.

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

I am an Ordinary Academic member of the Academy of Accountancy Foundation, which has the aim, in compliance with current legislation, to coordinate research, study, and dissemination of the culture of legal-economic-accounting matters and, in particular, of accountancy.
I am also a member of the ‘ESG’ Commission and of the ‘Direct and indirect taxes’ Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan. I love fitness, Yoga, and reading.
