I have been a partner of LTA Advisory and LTA Studio since 2010, the date of their foundation.
I mainly deal with corporate and tax consultancy towards Italian and foreign multinational companies, particularly on international taxation issues: transfer pricing, permanent establishment, and double taxation are daily issues.
Thanks to a team that has accumulated experience and specific knowledge, I support Italian companies in the delicate process of internationalization and in the evaluation of strategic choices and the related corporate and personal tax implications (expatriates). I hold the role of statutory auditor in Italian companies that are part of industrial and financial groups, supporting management in tackling corporate-level compliance issues and related responsibilities.

Professional experience

After graduation and military service, I worked as a chartered accountant in tax and corporate firms with multinational clients.
In 2015 I was responsible for the establishment and subsequently the development of the offices in San Francisco and New York. An expansion that has allowed LTA to verticalize the experience accumulated in the international scene into the US company.

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

I am a member of the International Taxation Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
I am an astronomy enthusiast and when I can I love sailing.

Education

Degree in Economics and Commerce, specialization in Business Economics at the State University of Pavia. I speak fluent English and basic French
