I have been an associate of LTA since 2015 and a member of the Studio since 2010.
I am mainly active in the sector of consultancy and assistance in the field of national and international corporate taxation with areas of expertise in M&A transactions, private equity, extraordinary transactions, and governance.
I have gained solid experience in corporate and tax issues related to innovative start-ups and SMEs. For the Studio, I follow the fiscal due diligence and corporate liquidation activities as liquidator.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I worked as a tax consultant in other professional firms and in the commercial department of an American cable TV station in San Francisco (CA, USA).

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

Passionate about sports in general, I did competitive swimming, regional 5-a-side football, and martial arts. I have been playing golf for several years. I am a member of the Le Rovedine Golf Club.

Education

Master’s Degree in Business Economics, specialization in economics of commercial companies, Luigi Bocconi Commercial University of Milan (2004).
