I have been a partner of LTA since its foundation, mainly dealing with consultancy and assistance in the field of taxation, corporate law, and management consultancy for companies belonging to Italian and foreign industrial and financial groups.
I take care of all the activities related to tax compliance visas within the Studio.
I have gained significant experience in the field of public bodies as a member of the OIV and as a consultant for companies directly owned by public bodies. I hold corporate positions as director, statutory auditor, and external auditor in joint-stock companies which have allowed me to develop skills in the field of corporate governance and responsibility of corporate bodies.

Professional experience

In 2000, immediately after graduating, I began working as a chartered accountant in leading tax and corporate law firms, becoming a partner and participating in the foundation of LTA in 2010.

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

I am passionate about sports and travel that I do in my free time with my family.
I am not on social media.

Education

Degree in Economics and Commerce, specialization in Business Economics at the University of Pavia. Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
