I have been an associate of LTA since 2019 and a member of the Studio since 2015.
I mainly carry out ordinary and extraordinary corporate tax consultancy activities.
I also deal with investment transactions and corporate and tax matters relating to innovative start-ups and SMEs.
Member of boards of statutory auditors of joint-stock companies.

Professional experience

After an initial experience related to bankruptcy proceedings, I joined LTA.

Education

Master’s Degree in Economics and Corporate Law, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (2011).
