I have been an associate of LTA since 2015 and a member of the Studio since 2010.
I mainly carry out consultancy in tax, accounting, corporate, and management matters in favor of Italian SMEs, international companies, and professionals.
I mainly deal with ordinary and extraordinary corporate taxation, assisting the client in the management and preparation of periodic corporate and tax obligations, in the field of tax litigation and in expert reports for the valuation and transfers of companies and business branches. I also assist asset management companies (AMC), consortia, foundations, and non-profit associations in tax matters.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I worked as a consultant in an important firm in Milan, gaining specific experience in the field of corporate and tax consultancy at a national and international level.

I am a member of the National Tax Law Commission (indirect) of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
Passionate about fitness and yoga, traveling, cooking, and gardening.

Degree in Economics and Commerce, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (2007).
Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
Enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
