I have been a partner of LTA since 2018 and a member of the Studio since 2013.
I mainly deal with consultancy and assistance in the field of corporate law, and management consultancy in favor of Italian and international companies belonging to industrial and financial groups, also listed on regulated markets.
I have gained significant experience in M&A transactions, and I assist clients – including institutional investors – in investment, private equity, and venture capital transactions and during extraordinary transactions, guaranteeing support at every stage of the operations, from due diligence to formalization of the investment agreement.
My specific experience has allowed me to develop an in-depth knowledge of corporate and tax issues relating to innovative start-ups and SMEs.
For the Studio, I follow the financial and fiscal due diligence and mandatory auditing activities, given my education in the auditing field. Member of various boards of statutory auditors of joint-stock companies, I have developed specific expertise in accounting principles.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I worked as an audit manager for a Big Four in Milan, gaining significant experience in the field of auditing.

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

I am a member of the Accounting Principles Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
Passionate about music and art in general, I attended the Brescia Conservatory of Music obtaining a diploma in piano and a diploma in music history.

Education

Graduated with full marks in Economics and Commerce, specialization in Business Economics and Legislation, Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (2005).
Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
